Experience what it's like to work with these amazing animals!
Imagine walking beside a young Tiger, petting a Wolf or feeding grapes to a Ring-tailed Lemur? All these opportunities and more are available through our Behind the Scenes program!
Safe and controlled interaction with animals in the zoo is an effective educational tool to encourage public awareness, understanding and concern for wildlife. The animals themselves have been socialized since birth and enjoy all the personal attention!
After a brief orientation and some instruction, you will have the chance to work with an Animal Coordinator and three tractable animals for 45 minutes. This hands-on activity allows the opportunity for participants to take pictures of themselves with the animals they are working with. Admission into Jungle Cat World is included.
It was something we'll never, ever forget. To be that close and touch an animal you had until now only seen through a cage or on National Geographic was a phenomenal experience. I would recommend this to people of all ages. Thank you to the staff at Jungle Cat World, you made our special day even better!
Program Fee:
$100.00 donation per person to the Endangered Species Fund of Canada. Free admission into the zoo is included. We can only accommodate 2-4 participants per session, though special arrangments can be made.

The ESFC is a registered charity (#89032 5640 RR0001), which gives financial assistance to Jungle Cat World Wildlife Park to support their environmental education and wildlife conservation initiatives.
Behind the Scenes photo-ops are a great engagement or wedding surprise, birthday gift, special occasion or for those that want to make a memorable donation to a cause that helps species at risk.

A $25.00 deposit is required to secure bookings, which is non-refundable. A charitable tax receipt will be issued for your generous contribution. Minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a participating adult. Some age restrictions do apply with certain animals. Please note: Guests are welcome to take pictures, but videos are not permitted.
